Overview
Primary care providers are responsible for much of a patient’s pain management after injury and trauma, both acutely and for patients who go on to develop chronic pain. Family practice physician and opioid specialist Alison Miller, DO describes best practices for opioid prescribing by PCP’s, and how to manage chronic pain needs in post-surgical and post-injury patients.
